Job Requirements

  • Prior concierge, catering, or food service experience preferred
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday with varying morning and afternoon shifts
  • Must comply with food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Capable of lifting and carrying food trays and equipment safely
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced foodservice environment
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in food preparation areas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in concierge, catering, or food service is advantageous
  • Ability to follow recipes and production standards accurately
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation

Job Duties

  • Prepares fruits and vegetables by washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding
  • Weighs and measures ingredients according to designated recipes
  • Carries pans, kettles, and trays safely between work stations, stove, and refrigerator
  • Stores food properly following wrapping, dating, and food safety procedures
  • Cleans work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain hygiene standards
  • Distributes supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as required
  • Serves customers in a friendly and efficient manner following company service protocols
  • Resolves customer concerns and communicates them to supervisors
  • Ensures compliance with service standards, inventory procedures, and cash control
  • Adheres to sanitation and safety requirements
  • Performs other duties as assigned
