Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to follow written instructions
- experience with food safety and sanitary procedures preferred
- must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have a valid exemption
- ability to work day and evening shifts including weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- set up all kitchen stations and perform assigned positions
- break down stations completely ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized
- perform floor stock procedures
- clean and sanitize equipment and food surfaces according to procedures
- assure all food items are accurately dated, labeled, and rotated prior to storage or placement for sale
- use proper utensils to ensure accurate portions
- perform other reasonable duties as assigned
