Job Description

Baptist Health stands as the region's largest not-for-profit healthcare organization, dedicated to providing exceptional medical services across Miami-Dade, Monroe, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. With a vast network comprising 12 hospitals, over 29,000 employees, 4,500 physicians, and approximately 200 outpatient centers, urgent care facilities, and physician practices, Baptist Health plays a pivotal role in shaping healthcare in South Florida. Their centers of excellence are internationally recognized in areas such as cancer treatment, cardiovascular care, orthopedics and sports medicine, and neurosciences. This prestigious institution is driven by a faith-based mission of medical excellence and sustained by strong philanthropic support. Baptist Health has earned a consistent reputation for being an outstanding employer, being named one of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For for 26 consecutive years. Furthermore, in the 2025-2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Hospital Rankings, it was the most awarded healthcare system in South Florida, garnering 63 high-performing honors.

What truly distinguishes Baptist Health is its people. The organization places immense value on creating personal and meaningful connections, not just between colleagues but also with patients and their families. The shared experiences that many employees have with their patients foster a culture of compassion and a dedication to quality care. The organizational culture is deeply rooted in purposeful service, and every team member contributes to making a positive impact—reflecting the belief that in healthcare, everyone is 'all in'. Baptist Health is equally committed to supporting its employees at every stage of their personal and professional journeys. This commitment is reflected in their 'grow our own' philosophy, encouraging career growth and long-term development within the organization. The benefits afforded to employees are comprehensive and thoughtfully designed to make a real difference in their lives, including career growth and development opportunities with clear pathways and ongoing support, comprehensive health and wellness resources beyond traditional benefits, a wellness program aimed at helping employees reduce their medical plan deductible and therefore out-of-pocket healthcare costs, tuition reimbursement to support continued learning and advancement, and much more.
