The role available within Baptist Health entails preparing, assembling, and delivering patient meals in alignment with stringent quality, service, infection control, and food safety standards. This role is vital to ensuring patients receive nutritious and timely meals that contribute to their comfort and recovery. Additional responsibilities include delivering stock supplies to patient floor kitchens, maintaining quality guest service interactions, replenishing used foods and supplies, completing sanitation duties, performing dish room tasks, and managing payments for guest trays and cafeteria food sales. The role also supports event catering by setting up and serving meals in various dining outlets such as the corporate retail, doctors dining room, and catering events, as well as decorating buffet and reception tables.

This position is integral to the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of patients and guests, requiring dedication to high-quality food preparation and service. It offers an estimated pay range of $16.00 to $18.38 per hour, depending on experience.
