- able to read and interpret directions on packages and can labels

Job Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to guidelines
- Portion food and distribute supplies to patients and customers
- Stock food and supplies in designated areas
- Sanitize utensils, dishes, and food service equipment
- Perform manual cleaning and custodial duties within the Food and Nutrition department
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Operate food service equipment properly
