This position requires individuals to possess good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and fellow team members. Employees must be able to follow verbal and written instructions accurately, especially in reading and preparing menu items according to established recipes. Teamwork is essential in this role, and the ability to remain calm and efficient in a dynamic environment is highly valued.
Physical demands of this role include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and stooping for up to 90% of the shift. Employees must have good manual dexterity for fast and accurate work during high-volume periods. Attention to cleanliness and an eagerness to contribute to a hygienic work environment are critical for success.
While this is primarily an entry-level position requiring minimal prior experience, having some familiarity with fast-food operations and cash register functions is advantageous. Training is provided, typically ranging from one to three months to help new hires gain the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their duties.
