The Food Service Team Member at Aramark plays an essential role within the event operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of catering orders and events. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing or walking for extended periods
  • Adherence to uniform policies and required Personal Protective Equipment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Flexible to work varied hours including weekends and evenings

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Previous catering experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Completion of Food Handling and Alcohol Service training
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Comply with designated uniform and dress requirements

Job Duties

  • Prepare catering and event areas according to client specifications and banquet orders
  • Safely transport food, beverages, and necessary equipment to event locations
  • Arrange tables, chairs, buffet lines, and other required materials according to event plans
  • Maintain food and beverage availability throughout events
  • Ensure food service areas are clean, organized, and meet sanitation standards
  • Clean up and dismantle event setups after service concludes
  • Provide excellent customer service to all event guests
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment
