The Food Service Team Member role at Enmarket is integral to maintaining the high standards of the stores. This position entails the efficient operation of the Food Service Station, ensuring all fresh food items are prepared properly and that self-service areas—such as coffee stations, fresh cases, dispensers, fountain machines, and condiment centers—are well-maintained. Food Service Team Members must operate cash registers, stock products, and closely monitor inventory to ensure freshness and availability. Providing exceptional, best-in-class customer service is a key focus, where greeting customers warmly and suggesting purchase options help enhance the overall shopping experience. Safety is another critical aspect of the role; team members must adhere to safety regulations, maintain the cleanliness and attractiveness of the store, and promote a safe environment for customers, suppliers, and fellow employees.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or customer service preferred
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- capability to stand for prolonged periods
- physical ability to traverse and access all areas of the store
- willingness to adhere to safety and hygiene policies including wearing gloves, hat/visor, and apron
- strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Preparing all fresh made to order food items
- maintaining all self-service food offerings including but not limited to coffee, fresh case items, dispensers, fountain machines, and condiment center
- load product into fresh case as needed
- operate the cash register
- provide best in class customer service
- maintain high levels of sanitation
- assist in monitoring of inventory levels for freshness and availability
- stocking including back stocking, filling condiments, supplies, and rotating product by received date
- greet every customer with a smile and sincere greeting
- suggest possible purchases to customers and promote specials
- assume full responsibility for execution of Nouria's customer service program
- minimize safety risks to employees, customers, and suppliers
- enforce all environmental and hazardous material regulations
- maintain safety and security of the store and document any accidents or incidents
- manage maintenance of customer environment inside and around the store perimeter
- operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently
- support implementation of Nouria Safety and Health program
- promptly report workplace accidents, injuries, incidents, or illnesses
- complete new employee safety orientation process
- use gloves, hat/visor, and apron as required
