Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience
  • Ensure every team member is trained and consistently delivers on Target's guest experience commitments and consistent operations
  • Provide feedback and hold team members accountable while recognizing great guest experience moments
  • Review guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities and take action to improve
  • Understand sales goals and plan daily/weekly workload to deliver department and store sales goals
  • Assign daily tasks to team members based on workload and guest traffic patterns
  • Assess food service areas to ensure food safety and proper inventory levels
  • Follow all food safety requirements and cleaning routines
  • Lead the team to uphold Starbucks and Pizza Hut brand standards where applicable
  • Place store-initiated orders to ensure accurate in-stocks
  • Handle perishable inventory management procedures
  • Make production quantity decisions to ensure freshness and profitability
  • Stay updated on relevant trends and products to educate team members
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding processes
  • Establish goals and hold team members accountable
  • Complete all required training and certifications
  • Promote ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture
  • Lead and demonstrate safety culture and practices
  • Foster inclusivity and respectful workplace
  • Model best practices and close skill gaps
  • Model physical security processes
  • Support merchandise protection strategies

  • Occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty responsibilities
