Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in food service preferred
- One or more years of experience in teaching or training new hires in multiple areas preferred
- Food Safety Manager Certificate required, must obtain within ninety days if not already held

Job Duties
- Coordinate and lead the operation of Food & Nutrition Services across three campus locations
- Oversee daily production and ensure the quality of food products
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage sanitation and food code compliance for the department and service areas
- Train and guide new hires in multiple areas of food service
- Monitor staff performance and promote a culture of safety and quality
- Collaborate with hospital departments to maintain smooth food service operations
