Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age or older
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous retail experience preferred but not required
- ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed
- ability to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- reliable and prompt attendance necessary
- ability to handle merchandise up to 44 pounds
- ability to work in refrigeration and freezer temperatures
- ability to climb ladders if needed
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
- ability to interpret instructions reports and information
- access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- ability to handle cash register operations as needed
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy inspiring and friendly guest experience
- ensure every team member understands is trained and consistently delivers on guest experience commitments and consistent operations
- review area guest financial and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities take action to improve and align team on the right behaviors and execution
- plan and execute daily weekly workload to deliver department and store sales goals and guest engagement
- assign daily tasks to team members based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns
- assess food service back of house production areas dining spaces and merchandising spaces to ensure food safety and proper inventory levels
- follow all food safety requirements and cleaning routines including monitoring and recording temperature sensitive food items
- validate and follow up on team members progress against department checklists and routines
- lead team to uphold and maintain all brand standards and production specifications where applicable
- ensure accurate in stocks by placing store initiated orders according to best practices
- follow proper perishable inventory management procedures to ensure accurate recording of inventory
- make production quantity decisions just in time to ensure freshness in stocks sales and profitability
- participate in team hiring and onboarding processes
- establish clear goals and expectations and hold team members accountable to expectations
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct safety and compliance and lead your team to work in the same way
- demonstrate inclusivity and create equitable experiences
- model the execution of physical security processes
- support merchandise protection strategies
- occasionally assume store level leadership on duty responsibilities
- support guest services such as back up cashier order pick up and drive up and maintain a compliance culture
- perform other duties based on business needs
