Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash register operations
- Capable of climbing ladders
- Able to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds without assistance
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and closing shifts
- Ability to work in refrigeration and freezer environments
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Capability to work in various temperature and humidity conditions
- Must access all areas of the building as needed
- Ability to interpret instructions, reports, and information
- Willingness to adhere to safety, security, and compliance protocols
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong knowledge and interest in food service
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to lead and hold others accountable
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in operating handheld scanners and other technology
- Food Safety Manager Certification or willingness to obtain
- Experience in training and coaching team members
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience
- Ensure every team member is trained and delivers on Target's guest experience commitments and operations
- Lead daily workload planning to support sales goals and guest engagement
- Assess food service areas for food safety, merchandise presentation, and inventory levels
- Lead the team to maintain Starbucks and Pizza Hut brand standards and production specifications
- Manage inventory accuracy and perishable product freshness
- Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating hourly team members
- Maintain compliance with food safety requirements and company policies
- Demonstrate and promote a culture of safety, inclusivity, and ethical conduct
- Occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty responsibilities as needed
- Support guest services such as cashier backup, order pick up, and drive-up operations
- Address store emergency and compliance needs
- Execute merchandise protection and security practices
- Follow all certification and training requirements relevant to food services
