The Food Service Supervisor position at Western Regional Jail is an essential role within Aramark's food service operations. This role is responsible for supervising inmates to guarantee that meal and food items are prepared according to strict production plans. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to train workers on proper methods of performing food service duties, assign and coordinate work to optimize operational efficiency, and maintain sanitation and safety standards within the facility. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must complete or be willing to complete a sanitation course
  • Prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
