We are currently seeking full-time Food Service Supervisors to join our dedicated Food Services Team. This role entails working closely with a Food Service Manager to help coordinate and lead daily operational activities within a food service setting. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of staff, ensuring high standards in food safety, quality, and customer service, as well as maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. You will play a vital role in scheduling work shifts, preparing production documents such as production sheets and recipes, and ensuring all food items meet menu specifications and are served safely and efficiently. In addition to supervising and mentoring food service workers, you will also maintain an organized and hazard-free environment, oversee inventory management, and complete necessary documentation logs such as food safety and temperature logs.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
  • knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
  • valid food handler's certification or willingness to obtain
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks

Job Duties

  • Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
  • direct daily activities
