Job Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-casual restaurant, deli, or upscale food service environment
- Leadership or shift lead experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly customer-first attitude
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Must have or be willing to obtain California Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire
- Reliable availability including weekends

Job Duties
- Lead the floor during peak lunch and dinner rushes to balance tickets and maintain smooth operational flow
- Proactively monitor the floor and assist team members to ensure efficient support during busy periods
- Conduct regular walk-throughs of dining room and beverage stations to maintain cleanliness and stock levels
- Ensure every sandwich and salad meets premium quality standards before leaving the line
- Manage register drawer counts, secure the facility, and prep the shop for the next shift
