Job Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-casual restaurant, deli, or upscale food service environment
  • Leadership or shift lead experience is highly preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly customer-first attitude
  • Ability to maintain calm under pressure
  • Must have or be willing to obtain California Food Handler Certification within 30 days of hire
  • Reliable availability including weekends

Job Duties

  • Lead the floor during peak lunch and dinner rushes to balance tickets and maintain smooth operational flow
  • Proactively monitor the floor and assist team members to ensure efficient support during busy periods
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs of dining room and beverage stations to maintain cleanliness and stock levels
  • Ensure every sandwich and salad meets premium quality standards before leaving the line
  • Manage register drawer counts, secure the facility, and prep the shop for the next shift
