Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior food service or supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work full-time
- must complete a sanitation course either before or during the first year of employment
- ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong communication skills
- availability to work occasional nights and weekends
- physical ability to perform duties including standing for extended periods
- ability to maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment
- proficiency in basic arithmetic

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules
