Aramark is currently seeking full-time Food Service Supervisors to join its passionate Food Services Team. This role is integral to the smooth operation and leadership within food service settings, where supervisors work alongside managers to coordinate daily activities, oversee staff, and ensure high standards of food safety and quality. The Food Service Supervisor will take on a variety of leadership responsibilities including producing work schedules, maintaining food production quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supervising employees to promote growth, efficiency, and teamwork. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- completion of sanitation course during first year
- ability to work occasional nights and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage and supervise staff
- ability to follow health and safety regulations
- physical ability to perform job duties
- reliable transportation if required for job location
