Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- ability to complete sanitation course during first year of employment
- physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies
- ensure food items are stored safely and hazard-free
- maintain serving schedules ensuring food items are served per menu specifications
- maintain sanitary department following health and safety codes
- maintain accurate inventory weekly
- prepare orders as needed
- supervise and evaluate employees
- counsel and promote employee growth, efficiency, and teamwork
- maintain a safe working environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain logs on equipment maintenance
- ensure completion of food safety and temperature logs
- perform preventative maintenance checklist
- recommend equipment replacement as needed
