Aramark’s Food Services Team is currently seeking full-time Food Service Supervisors to join their dynamic and passionate workforce. The Food Service Supervisor will work closely with a manager to coordinate and lead daily operations while supervising and supporting food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be tasked with producing and maintaining work schedules, preparing production packets such as production sheets and recipes, and directing daily activities to maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality according to company policies and departmental requirements. You will ensure that food items are stored safely and served correctly per menu specifications, maintain sanitary conditions adhering to health and safety regulations, oversee inventory management, and perform accurate order preparation to meet the needs of the location. Additionally, the role involves supervising and evaluating employees, counseling team members to promote growth and teamwork, and maintaining a safe and hazard-free work environment.
Your responsibilities will also encompass training and mentoring food service workers, maintaining equipment maintenance logs, ensuring completion of food safety and temperature logs with appropriate corrective actions, and conducting preventative maintenance checks. The role requires proficiency in multitasking and flexibility to fill in for absent employees as necessary. You will play a key part in maintaining communication across the team, attending food service meetings, supporting catering events including occasional nights and weekends, and upholding good public relations.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- completion or willingness to complete sanitation course
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work occasional nights and weekends for catering events
