The role of Food Service Supervisor at Aramark is a unique opportunity for individuals passionate about leading teams in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This full-time position will place you alongside a manager to help coordinate and lead daily food services operations, supervise staff, and maintain an organized, efficient kitchen environment. You will play a critical role in scheduling, inventory management, food production, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, foster employee growth, and contribute to the smooth operation of the food services department.

You will provide mentorship and training to other food service workers, perform preventative maintenance on equipment, and ensure that catering events are executed flawlessly when needed. Flexibility is key, as the role may require filling in for absent employees and supporting night and weekend catering events. Communication skills are essential as you will maintain communication with both kitchen staff and office personnel, and you may occasionally perform cashier duties.
