Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service preferred
- Completion of sanitation training or willingness to complete within first year
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Capability to multitask and manage stress effectively
- Basic math skills for inventory and production calculations

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- Direct daily activities and oversee staff
- Maintain food production quality and safety according to policies
- Ensure safe and organized storage of food items
- Maintain serving schedules and adhere to menu specifications
- Keep a sanitary department following health and safety codes
- Maintain accurate weekly inventory
- Prepare orders to ensure accurate production
- Supervise and evaluate employees promoting growth and teamwork
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment
- Train and mentor food service workers
- Document maintenance required on equipment
- Complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective action
- Perform preventative maintenance checks
- Recommend equipment replacement
- Multi-task proficiently
- Fill in for absent employees as needed
- Coordinate daily catering events ensuring timely delivery
- Work occasional night and weekend catered events
- Attend food service staff meetings
- Maintain communication with staff through multiple channels
