Aramark is currently hiring full-time Food Service Supervisors to join its passionate Food Services Team. In this role, supervisors will help lead and coordinate daily food service operations alongside a manager, helping oversee staff performance and teamwork. The Food Service Supervisor plays a vital part in ensuring that the food production, storage, and serving processes maintain safety and quality standards in compliance with company policies and health regulations. This position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment. Supervisors are responsible for scheduling, inventory management, staff training and mentoring, and ensuring that all catering events and menu specifications are executed flawlessly and on time.
The role offers a dynamic work environment where supervisors may also be called upon to fill in for absent employees and perform various duties that support the efficient operation of the food service department. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred
- Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
- Ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic
- Ability to maintain emotional control under stress
- Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production packets
- Direct daily activities
- Maintain food production that ensures the safety and quality of food according to policies, procedures, and department requirements
- Ensure that food items are stored in a safe, organized, and hazard-free environment
- Maintain all serving schedules
- ensure that all food items are served per menu specifications in a safe and appropriate manner following Aramark policies and procedures
- Maintain a sanitary department following health and safety codes and regulations
- Maintain accurate inventory on a weekly basis
