Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in food service or similar management role preferred
- must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- must complete or be willing to complete a sanitation course within the first year
- knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- ability to perform basic arithmetic
- strong organizational and leadership skills
- ability to maintain emotional control under stress
- availability to work occasional nights and weekends
