This is an exciting opportunity for a full-time Food Service Supervisor to join Aramark's passionate Food Services Team. The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial leadership role within the food service operation, working closely with a manager to coordinate and lead day-to-day activities. This role is essential for maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The Food Service Supervisor will oversee staff, ensure that food preparation and serving are done according to established policies and procedures, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the food service environment.
The hourly pay rate for this position is $21.00, reflecting Aramark's commitment to fair compensation. The Food Service Supervisor is responsible not only for directing daily activities and managing work schedules but also for mentoring and promoting employee growth, fostering teamwork, and maintaining open lines of communication with the staff. The position requires multitasking proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain emotional control under stress.
Other key responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring food items are stored safely, maintaining food safety and temperature logs, performing preventative maintenance checks on equipment, and supporting catering events as needed. This could include working occasional nights and weekends for catering functions. The supervisor will also be involved in cashier duties sometimes and must promote good public relations at all times.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- ability to complete a sanitation course
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to handle food service duties
- available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- authorization to work in the country

- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
