Job Requirements

  • Experience supervising multiple employees
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
  • Ability to provide hands-on supervision for meal preparation and service
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices

Job Qualifications

  • Experience supervising multiple employees

  • Excellent attention to detail and service knowledge
  • Advanced degree in culinary arts or related field is a plus
  • Food Handler's certification is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • Supervising multiple employees to maintain efficient service operations
  • Coordinating with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth meal service
  • Monitoring food safety and sanitation compliance
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
  • Training new employees and supporting their development
