Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Completion of or willingness to complete sanitation course
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and mentor a team
- Ability to maintain safety and quality standards
- Basic computer skills for logging and communication
Job Qualifications
- Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
- Direct daily activities
- Maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies and standards
- Ensure food items are stored safely and organized
- Maintain serving schedules ensuring menu specifications adherence
- Maintain sanitary department following health and safety codes
- Maintain accurate inventory weekly
- Prepare orders as needed
- Supervise and evaluate employees
- Counsel and promote employee growth
- Maintain safe working environment
- Train and mentor food service workers
- Maintain maintenance logs for equipment
- Ensure food safety and temperature logs are completed
- Perform preventative maintenance checklist
- Recommend equipment replacements
- Multi-task proficiently
