The company promotes equal employment opportunities, embracing diversity and inclusion, and maintains a strict non-discrimination policy based on race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, gender, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, military status, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics. As a full-time Food Service Supervisor at Aramark, you will have the exceptional opportunity to advance your career and develop your leadership skills within a passionate and collaborative food services team. The supervisor role is multifaceted and critical to maintaining smooth, efficient, and safe food production services. Your duties will include producing and maintaining work schedules, preparing production packets such as production sheets and recipes, directing daily activities of food service staff, and ensuring all foods are stored, handled, and served according to company policies and safety regulations. You will be responsible for maintaining food production standards that guarantee the safety and quality of all served items, aligning with Aramark's rigorously enforced health and safety codes.
In this role, you will also maintain weekly inventory accuracy, prepare orders to meet location production demands, and monitor equipment maintenance logs, recommending replacements as necessary to ensure operational excellence. Your leadership will be evident as you supervise and evaluate employees, promote growth, teamwork, morale, and efficiency, and provide mentoring and training to fellow food service workers. You will be expected to manage communications effectively within the team, including the coordination of catering events and occasional night or weekend assignments.
Aramark's food service supervisors exemplify the company’s mission by not only managing operational tasks but also promoting excellent public relations and supporting the overall goals of the food services department. This position also offers opportunities for personal growth, skill development, and the chance to make a significant impact within a global organization dedicated to building a great workplace and a sustainable future. The comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life resources, 401(k) savings plan, paid parental leave, and disability coverage further support employees in balancing their professional and personal lives.
Joining Aramark as a Food Service Supervisor enables you to be part of a dynamic team that values dedication, adaptability, and collaboration.
