The Food Service Supervisor position at Aramark offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals looking to advance their careers in food service management. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing daily activities to ensure the safe, timely, and high-quality production and service of food. Your duties will include producing and maintaining work schedules, preparing production packets such as recipes and production sheets, managing food safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. You will oversee proper food storage practices and maintain an organized, hazard-free environment. Supervisory responsibilities extend to training, mentoring, and evaluating team members, promoting employee growth, morale, and teamwork to foster a positive work culture.

This role requires a hands-on approach, including filling in for absent employees as needed and working occasional night or weekend catering events.
