Established with a commitment to excellence, Aramark's mission is rooted in service and driven by a purpose to make a positive impact on our partners, communities, employees, and the planet. As a company, Aramark emphasizes equal employment opportunity and diversity, fostering an inclusive environment where every employee can thrive regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender identity, or any other legally protected status.
Aramark offers a dynamic and supportive workplace where career growth, personal development, and professional empowerment are highly valued. The company is dedicated to helping employees reach their full potential by providing opportunities to develop new skills, take on challenges, and experience a strong sense of belonging within its global team. Whether you are looking for a new challenge, a rewarding career path, or a community-focused employer, Aramark aims to meet your needs while valuing the contributions you make.
Currently, Aramark is seeking full-time Food Service Supervisors to join its passionate Food Services Team. This role offers a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to step up as leaders and play a crucial role in maintaining smooth food service operations. Reporting to a manager, the Food Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing staff, collaborating with team members, and contributing hands-on wherever needed to ensure service excellence.
The Food Service Supervisor position is pivotal in maintaining the safety, quality, and efficiency of food production and service. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments will find this role rewarding as they help manage daily work schedules, supervise food preparation and serving, and maintain compliance with Aramark policies and health regulations. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to fostering employee growth, teamwork, and morale.
Additionally, the Food Service Supervisor supports the department by maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring sanitary conditions, completing food safety logs, and helping with equipment maintenance. This position also offers opportunities for mentoring staff and gaining experience in operational coordination, making it an excellent stepping stone for future leadership roles within Aramark or the food service industry.
This full-time role may occasionally require the supervisor to work evening and weekend catered events, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to client satisfaction. The Food Service Supervisor will also engage in food service meetings, maintain communications with office staff, and promote positive public relations, all contributing to a well-functioning and respected food service operation.
Joining Aramark means becoming part of a team that values initiative, passion, and development, where your efforts contribute not only to organizational success but also to the well-being of employees and customers alike. Aramark nurtures professional growth and provides a platform to shine, lead, and grow in a supportive environment. If you are driven to lead, collaborate, and make a difference, this role offers a compelling opportunity to advance your career in the food service industry while aligning with a company invested in your success.
