Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior supervisory experience in food service preferred
- ability to read, write, and understand verbal instructions
- completion of a sanitation course either before or during the first year
- knowledge of safe food handling and safety regulations
- ability to perform basic arithmetic
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to maintain emotional control under stress
- flexibility to work occasional nights and weekends
- physical ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods
