This particular role is for a full-time Food Service Supervisor within Aramark's passionate Food Services Team. Starting on August 10th, 2026, this position offers a Monday to Friday schedule without summer work requirements and provides opportunities for benefits and bonuses. As a Food Service Supervisor, the candidate will play a crucial role in helping coordinate and lead daily food service operations alongside a manager. The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Key tasks include producing and maintaining work schedules, preparing production packets, and directing daily activities. The supervisor will maintain sanitation standards, manage inventory accurately, and prepare orders to meet production needs. Leadership responsibilities also involve supervising and evaluating employees, promoting growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork, and providing training and mentorship to food service workers.
Additional duties include maintaining logs for equipment maintenance, ensuring compliance with food safety and temperature logs, performing preventive maintenance, and recommending equipment replacements when necessary. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- ability to work Monday to Friday
- availability to work occasional nights and weekends
- strong communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- physical ability to perform duties including standing for extended periods
- willingness to complete sanitation training if not already certified
