Aramark is currently seeking full-time Food Service Supervisors to join their passionate Food Services Team. This role is designed for those eager to lead operations alongside managers, oversee staff, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth daily food service functions. The Food Service Supervisor will produce and maintain schedules, direct daily activities, and ensure food safety and quality standards are met according to company policies and industry regulations. Furthermore, the supervisor will oversee the storage of food items, maintain sanitary conditions throughout the department, manage accurate inventory, and support production by preparing orders as needed. A critical component of the role is supervising, mentoring, and evaluating employees to promote growth, efficiency, and morale within the team. The supervisor also maintains logs of maintenance and food safety checks, performs preventative maintenance, and recommends equipment updates to meet facility needs.

Successful candidates are expected to be proficient in multitasking, adaptable to fill in for absent employees, and willing to work occasional nights and weekends to manage catered events. They will engage actively with the team by attending food service meetings and ensuring clear communication with both staff and office personnel through multiple channels. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to work full-time including occasional nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to complete mandatory sanitation training
  • Ability to maintain a safe and hazard-free environment

Job Qualifications

  • Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
  • Must complete a sanitation course before or during the first year
  • Knowledgeable in operating cost-effective food programs
