This opportunity is for a full-time Food Service Supervisor to join Aramark's passionate Food Services Team. In this role, you will work alongside a manager to help coordinate and lead daily food service operations while overseeing staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining operational excellence. The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $24.00, reflective of experience and qualifications. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for producing work schedules, maintaining food production that meets safety standards, organizing safe food storage, and ensuring menu specifications are followed thoroughly. Your leadership role will include staffing supervision, employee evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, efficiency, and morale.

This position requires a hands-on approach, where you may be called upon to fill in for absent employees, handle catering events including occasional nights and weekends, and maintain communication across various channels. The role also entails maintaining logs related to food safety temperatures, equipment maintenance, and preventative maintenance checklists to ensure smooth operational flow. You will be expected to mentor and train other food service workers, promote excellent public relations, and uphold health and safety regulations strictly.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior food service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Produce and maintain work schedules and prepare production packets
  • direct daily activities
  • maintain food production ensuring safety and quality according to policies and procedures
