This particular role is for a full-time Food Service Supervisor position within Aramark's passionate Food Services Team. The Food Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in the daily operations of foodservice environments, overseeing staff, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth functioning alongside the management team. The Food Service Supervisor will help produce and maintain work schedules, prepare production packets, and manage food production while ensuring safety and quality adhere to strict policies and procedures. The role demands strong supervision skills to evaluate, counsel, promote, and enhance staff performance, efficiency, and morale. The successful candidate will maintain a sanitary environment compliant with health and safety codes, perform inventory tracking, and prepare orders when necessary. Job Requirements
