Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Five years experience in retail food operations or food production or patient food service preferred
  • Three years in a management supervisory position in a food service operation or equivalent preferred
  • Certification from a recognized culinary arts institution food preparation or food service management preferred
  • Have and maintain a current Texas Food Handler Certificate or must successfully complete an accredited food handler training course within 30 days of hire
