This full-time position offers a competitive wage of $24.00 per hour and includes a $250 bonus upon successful completion of the Rookie's Fast Track Program within the first 60 days of employment. Additionally, TSG provides access to DailyPay, allowing employees immediate access to earned wages. - Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Supervise inmate labor and/or team members during food preparation and food service shifts
- Prepare, assist, or instruct inmate labor and/or team members in food preparation according to menus, recipes, and work instructions
- Ensure proper storage of food in sanitary conditions
- Serve food during scheduled meal times following department policies
- Use kitchen utensils and equipment to cook, prepare and serve food according to recipes and nutritional requirements
- Follow all food safety regulations related to sanitation, food handling, and storage
- Train other food service workers
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including refrigerators, freezers, cooking and serving equipment
- Adhere to facility uniform policy
- Manage garbage collection and cleanliness of kitchen floors
- Ensure kitchen is ready for food preparation and serving, including sweeping, mopping, and dishwashing
- Review proper portions and utensils for service
- Promote a healthy and safe work environment
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, kneeling, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Complete other assigned duties as needed
