Job Duties

  • providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
  • ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
  • supervising multiple employees to maintain efficient kitchen operations
  • overseeing compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • managing inventory and supply levels to support daily production
  • coordinating with management to address operational challenges
  • maintaining records and documentation related to food production and employee performance
