Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Six months of relevant experience
- Possession of an Alaska State Food Worker’s Card
- Ability to obtain Serve-Safe certification within 30 days
- Minimum age of 21 years
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to supervise food preparation staff
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
- Willingness to work overtime if required
Job Qualifications

- Six months of previous work experience preferably in a retail environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to supervise and coordinate food preparation staff
- Must possess an Alaska State Food Worker's Card
- Must obtain Serve-Safe certification within 30 days of hire
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to make decisions according to pre-defined guidelines
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Job Duties
- Provides oversight and guidance with food preparation staff to ensure all food is handled in accordance with safety guidelines
- Plans and coordinates food preparation, usage, order placement and storage to meet daily and weekly customer demands
- Monitors use by dates and ensures inventory is rotated regularly to prevent waste
- Coordinates schedules of food preparation staff with Station Manager
- Provides backup to food preparation staff when necessary
- Provides professional, courteous, and efficient customer service in person and on the phone
- Performs general tasks such as ordering, restocking products, cleaning and maintaining the facility
