Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service or supervisory role preferred
- must complete sanitation course before or during first year
- ability to read, write, and understand instructions
- basic math skills
- strong communication abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must maintain emotional control under stress
- willingness to perform physical tasks as needed
