Job Requirements

Must be able to work weekends
Ability to supervise and manage food service operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of health and safety regulations
Previous experience in food service supervision or related role
Ability to manage inventory and order supplies
Capable of training and mentoring staff
Must have flexible availability to cover shifts including weekends

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in food production cooking and food preparation within a fast-paced environment
Strong management skills with experience in supervising staff in a food service or restaurant setting
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the culinary industry
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Experience in hospitality management or kitchen management is highly desirable
Familiarity with dietary department operations and catering services is a plus
Leadership abilities to inspire and motivate a diverse team
Background in banquet experience or barista coffee service is advantageous
Culinary experience is preferred along with a passion for the food industry

Job Duties

Supervise daily operations in the food service area ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage food production processes including cooking preparation and presentation of meals
Oversee inventory management including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels
Train and mentor staff in food handling techniques customer service and kitchen management practices
Coordinate shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours
Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop menus that meet dietary requirements and customer preferences
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
Assist with banquet services and catering events as needed
