- Ability to work onsite full-time in New York, NY

- Advanced degree in culinary arts or a related field (preferred)
- Food Handler’s certification (preferred)
Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Supervising multiple employees to maintain efficient and effective kitchen operations
- Communicating effectively with team members and management to coordinate daily tasks
- Monitoring compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Training new staff on operational procedures and service standards
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
