Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service supervision
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Attention to detail
- Availability for full-time onsite work
- Compliance with correctional facility policies
Job Qualifications
- Experience supervising multiple employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills

- Food Handler's certification a plus
Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision for meal preparation, cooking, and portioning
- Ensuring all meals meet quality standards and company recipes
- Overseeing kitchen staff and managing multiple employees
- Maintaining compliance with correctional facility regulations
- Coordinating with team members to meet daily production goals
- Monitoring food safety and hygiene practices
- Reporting and documenting operational activities as required
