Job Duties
- Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations
- Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality
- Overseeing employee performance and productivity
- Maintaining compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Coordinating with supply chain and management for inventory and menu planning
- Training and mentoring food service staff
- Monitoring and enforcing workplace safety protocols
