The role of Food Service Cook Support is integral to maintaining the high standard of food quality and service that Lakeland Christian School is known for. This is a ten-month staff position designed for individuals who are committed to serving the school community with efficiency, reliability, and a positive attitude. Scheduled from Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:15 pm, this role involves preparing, cooking, and assembling hot breakfast items, baking cookies, and performing hot a la carte food production using commercial cooking practices. The successful candidate will work closely with the Food Service Manager but will not have supervisory responsibilities. This role demands a strong adherence to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.

The candidate must be a born-again believer, actively involved in a local evangelical church, and aligned with the school’s Statement of Faith and staff qualifications.
