Job Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Completion of on the job training in food service
Ability to perform patient tray line, floor care, cart wash, trash, grease, garbage removal, manual ware washing, and dish machine operation
Ability to teach and train hires (for Food Specialist II and III)
Hostess and catering duties (for Food Service Specialist III)
Obtain Texas Food Handler's Certification within 30 days of start date (for Food Service Specialist I)
Obtain Texas Food Manager Certification within 90 days of start date (for Food Service Specialist II and III)

Job Qualifications
