Job Requirements
- Experience in commercial or institutional food service
- valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for long periods
- excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- compassionate, patient, and mission-driven approach to serving vulnerable populations

Job Duties
- Plan, prepare, and serve daily meals following nutritional and organizational guidelines
- supervise and support volunteers in the kitchen
- ensure compliance with all health department food safety regulations
- manage inventory, track donations, and coordinate deliveries
- develop weekly menus based on available food donations and budget
- maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment
- assist with food pickups and deliveries as needed
- uphold the mission and values of St. Vincent DePaul
