Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 2 years of food service or healthcare experience preferred
- ServeSafe certification preferred
- ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards according to HACCP
- strong organizational skills required
- effective communication skills required
- ability to work full-time day shift
- capacity to handle physically demanding work
- willingness to adhere to safety protocols and recording procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality, visually appealing meals for patients, café service, and catering events, following established recipes and production sheets
- create and update menus, recipes, and production records in collaboration with leadership to support dietary compliance and operational efficiency
- maintain clean and sanitary workspaces, equipment, and storage areas by following HACCP guidelines and recording temperatures accurately
- oversee food production activities, ensuring proper portioning, batch cooking, and adherence to culinary standards for both patient and retail services
- communicate effectively with the FANS Coordinator and team members to coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure service expectations are consistently met
- perform other duties as assigned
