This position is for the Food Service Quality Manager role within GCE's Food Services division, which plays a critical part in maintaining the high standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance across all contracted food service operations. The Food Service Quality Manager is responsible for supporting the management team with oversight of assigned contracts, ensuring that all services are performed with excellence and in accordance with applicable performance work statements (PWS) or contract requirements. The role emphasizes quality customer service and continuous improvement in service delivery, requiring a proactive approach toward identifying and resolving issues. The manager will conduct audits, train the workforce, and utilize data analytics to drive informed decision-making that enhances overall operational efficiency. Job Requirements
- Must have minimum two years experience in a related field
- Must have minimum two years experience in planning, composition, and delivery of training
- Must have experience with delivering training and conducting audits
- Must have experience with data analysis and trending and data-driven decision making
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel to various locations
- Ability to work flexible hours including early morning, mid-morning, afternoon, evening, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to work indoors, sometimes with cleaning chemicals
- Must comply with Emergency Operations Work Assignment as required
- Ability to adapt to schedule changes and diverse working conditions
