You will supervise concession employees and ensure all operations comply with city policies and safety standards. This role demands flexibility, as supervisors must work varied shifts that include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays across multiple locations.

Supervisory duties encompass inventory checks, setting up and breaking down concession stands, monitoring and resupplying stock, and implementing maintenance schedules to uphold the facility’s standards.

The City of Evanston’s Department of Parks and Recreation values safety and quality in all aspects of its work. Concessions Location Supervisors receive guidance from the Food Service Program Coordinator, ensuring all food service procedures meet city rules and regulations. Performance evaluations focus on equipment safety, task quality, adherence to policies, and overall job effectiveness.
