Job Requirements

  • Minimum four years experience in food service industry
  • 1-3 years management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in customer service
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Physical ability to handle 50 lbs
  • Willingness to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Manage support collaborate and advance teams including hiring evaluating educating mentoring and overseeing performance
  • Guarantee food service operations align with Executional Strategy
  • Support team objectives and strategies through coaching
  • Provide incentives to encourage employee dedication
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards throughout operations
  • Recognize client needs and communicate operational updates effectively
  • Incorporate operational strategies and systems from Aramark
  • Implement strategies to boost earnings and oversee financial frameworks including cost management for food beverages and labor
  • Generate and monitor profit and loss statements
  • Achieve food and personnel goals
  • Manage resources within budgetary parameters to maintain quality and control costs
  • Implement and uphold workforce and food programs
  • Increase operational value through streamlining controlling costs and profit supervision
  • Ensure compliance with Operational Excellence principles
  • Manage manufacturing distribution and food provision processes
  • Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients customers and employees
  • Adhere to policies rules and regulations especially safety health and work hours
  • Construct mechanisms for food selection acquisition storage cooking serving and menu enhancement
  • Generate forecasts and analyze discrepancies
  • Oversee accounting functions of operations components
  • Ensure sanitation and safety protocols are followed
  • Lead unit staff in production merchandise presentation quality control cost management labor oversight and training
  • Attract secure advance and retain front-line workforce
  • Conduct periodic stock assessments
  • Comply with ARAMARK governmental and accrediting requirements through record keeping
  • Interact with client decision-makers ensuring strong client customer relationships
  • Participate in sales process and contract discussions
  • Explore options for new products and services to grow sales and loyalty
  • Handle front-end dining operations
  • Develop and execute food service plans aligned with client principles and sustainability goals
